BOOKSTORE ORDERING & SUPPORT
Dear Bookstore Partners,
All of our titles are available on our new bookstore website where you can register and place your order. This website was developed to enable our customers to place their orders any time of day or night, and to offer additional security for credit card payments.
Shipping will be handled by either UPS or FedEx, and you can provide your account number and choose to have your order sent via Ground shipping (default) or by 2-day or overnight shipping.
Please note there are multiple formats to choose from, and all books are print-on-demand. Paperbacks and loose-leaf versions take up to 7 business days for delivery, including the ground shipping delivery time.

Please Note: Many students purchase their books directly from us, so most bookstores adjust their orders with that in mind, and only purchase enough to cover financial aid students and those without credit cards. We let you know this upfront so you don’t get stuck with excess inventory, as the return policy stems from the print-on-demand system (See "Our Bookstore Policy" for my information).
